27th LASDON MEMORIAL DAY ANTIQUES FAIR,

KATONAH, NY On Monday, MAY 28 th, the 27th Lasdon Memorial Day Antiques Fair will return to Lasdon Park and Arboretum, 2610 Amawalk Rd. (Rte. 35) KATONAH, NY . From Rte. 684 exit 6 or the Taconic Pkwy Rte. 202 East/Yorktown exit, follow the yellow signs. While visiting the show take the time to explore Lasdon Park and Arboretum, full of Spring color and free of charge.

Among the participating dealers are Iron Renaissance (FL/ME) offering vintage quality restored garden & patio furniture; Sugar Princess (NJ) offering Americana, vintage toys, American Art Pottery, and primitives; Maile's Antiques (NJ) offering 16 th - 19 th Century maps, Audubonn and Denton prints, and natural history prints including Botanicals and Shells, also assorted ephemera. Vintage Wears (CT) will present jewelry, pocketbooks, lighting, bathroom fixtures, fireplace accessories, doorbells, curtain tiebacks and architectural items. What Was is Vintage (NY) will bring antique costume jewelry and Art Deco objects; Forget-me-nots (CT) returns with red, white, blue and brown Staffordshire fine china and Roseville pottery. Twentieth Century Ltd. (CT) will bring tremendous color and nostalgia with 1930's - 50's vintage barware and kitchenware. Butchen Boys (NY) specializes in French antique tools, iron kitchen accessories and wine corkers. Treasures From the Past (MD) will bring primitives, Victoriana, brass, glass, porcelain and prints; Value Oriental Rugs (CT) will return with handmade carpets and jewelry from Afghanistan; Andrij Roman Antiques (CT) has 19 th - 20 th Century furniture, accessories, art, porcelains and crystal; The Reinhardts (RI) will return with New England primitives, farm tools, kitchenalia, British tools, stoneware, and ephemera; Blue Shutter Antiques (NY) will offer French enamelware, country furniture and Stangl pottery; S. Eden Antiques (NY) offers antique and estate jewelry, silver jewelry and collectibles plus vintage costume jewelry. GPSF (NY) will be offering 1800 - 1960â€Tss furniture to the show as well as smalls, books and lighting while Joy Starr Enterprises (NJ) will have American Indian and Mexican jewelry, silver and smalls. River Boat Gambler Antiques, Inc., (NY) will bring â€oestate fresh merchandise†including a very special signed Peter Ompir painted tin bowl that is approximately 12.5†and has a price tag of $275 (as pictured)

Up to 85 dealers; Musical entertainment by Gary Dillon; a Plant Sale by Friends of Lasdon; Specialty Food Vendors; BBQ by Catered by James and Kettle Corn will again form a most popular event which generally draws close to 2000 people. Show hours are from 10 am - 5 pm with the last admission at 4:30. There is plenty of parking. The show is sponsored by David Lerner Assoc. and the $7 (under 13 free) admission benefits The Glass House Fund at Lasdon. Dogs are not permitted anywhere in the Park. Take Route 684 to Exit 6, go west on Route 35 for 4 miles. Lasdon Park will be on your left (2610 Route 35).

From the Taconic Parkway take Route 202/Yorktown Exit. Go East on Route 202/35 and turn left on Route 35 at five road intersection for 4 miles. Lasdon will be on your right.
