WE WILL HAVE A VINTAGE CLOTHING BOUTIQUE FOR DEALERS IN CLOTHING FROM VICTORIAN - 1989 John Jay High School, just off Route 35 in Cross River, is in a very upscale Westchester community. It is adjacent to Waccabuc, Bedford, Pound Ridge, Katonah, Somers, North and South Salem, NY, and New Canaan and Ridgefield, CT. It sits at midpoint between our most successful Antiques in the Churchyard in S. Salem/Vista, NY, and the Lasdon Park shows, Katonah, NY. Only 4.5 miles east of exit 6 off route 684, Cross River is 20 miles north of White Plains, NY, and 10 miles south of Danbury, CT. Attendance figures remain very strong. We hope to include an appraiser again. DEALERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN CHAIRS. If cancellation is unavoidable and notification is received by 2/7/10, Cord Shows Ltd. will retain an $100 service fee and apply all remaining booth rent to a mutually agreed upon show during a one year period. DEPOSIT: A $100 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT MUST BE RECEIVED WITH THIS APPLICATION. YOU MAY INCLUDE A POSTDATED CHECK FOR YOUR BALANCE AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL DATED FOR FEB. 22, ‘10. IF BALANCE IS NOT PAID ON TIME, CORD SHOWS LTD. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESELL YOUR BOOTH. THERE IS A $25 CHARGE FOR ANY CHECK RETURNED BY THE BANK. YOU MAY ALSO ELECT TO HAVE CORD SHOWS AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR BALANCE ON THE DUE DATE BY SIGNING HERE: __________________________DATE:________ SETUP: 7 AM Sunday. Plenty of porters will be available for a minimum tip of $15 per half hour. The use of porters is at your own risk. Please bring your own dolly. Please note that you will be charged for any damage to the facility. All vehicles must be parked in the designated area to which you will be guided so that customer parking remains most accessible. There is a food concession. Cord Shows will provide coffee/tea, rolls at setup and refreshments at the show’s close. This will be centrally located near the show’s main entrance. DIRECTIONS: From Route 684 take exit 6. Turn East on Route 35. Go 4.5 miles and turn left onto North Salem Rd. (Route 121). The school is on your left. Look for our signs.
