DANBURY, CT… Returning to the Police Activities League Building, 35 Hayestown Road in Danbury, CT for the 7 th edition, Cord Shows LTD. presents 10,000 square feet brimming with style from the Victorian era through the 1980's. Regular show hours are from 10 AM – 5 PM Saturday and Sunday, April 14th and 15th with a jump-start at 8:30 AM Saturday for $15 (refreshments included). Regular admission is $7 (12 and under are free). On Sunday Cord Shows invites all high school and college students with photo ID, to come as their guests to Recycle in Style.™ The weekend will feature new dealers and familiar-to-the-show dealers. A few include Shannon Dalton (Funky Fashions, Brick, NJ) specializing in vintage lingerie, men's and women's clothing from the 1940's-60's, buttons, and fabric; Olivia and Alex Garay Vintage Retro (Myrtle Beach, SC) offering designer vintage clothing, Hermes, Chanel, Pucci and costume jewelry; Elyse Alfandre (Aunt's Antiques, West Orange, NJ) will offer clothing, hats, handbags, fashion accessories and jewelry; Judith Antonucci (Fluffy Ruffles, Pt. Pleasant, NJ) will bring vintage linens including banquet clothes, fine embroidered cloths, runners for dressers, and napkins, also bed linens including coverlets, sheets and cases, quilts, fine bridal lace, embroidered and painted hankies, straw and felt hats, parasols, handbags, sewing notions, vintage fabric yardage, jewelry and clothing for men, women and children (Christening dresses and calico prints). Marcia Chaloux (Cherished Treasures, Newtown, CT) will return with a booth full of vintage jewelry while Jean Maimone (Vintage Gems, Pawling, NY) will bring vintage and costume jewelry, purses, belts and accessories. Ede and Tom O'Shea (Only-1, Salt Point, NY) will grace the show with jewelry, furs, purses, laces, clothing, perfume bottles, compacts, hand mirrors, pin trays and sewing items; Kathleen Otranto (Beads and Bounty, Farmingville, NY) will offer vintage costume jewelry, vintage bags including alligator, Lucite and micromesh as well as clothing; Sheryl and Vic Muzzillo (Queen Ann's Laces, Prospect, CT) will bring jewelry, buttons, textiles, clothing and smalls and Connie Schwab, Highland Park, NJ, will offer vintage clothing, handbags, belts, shoes, jewelry and textiles. Brenda Sabbatino (Rhiannon's Vintage Clothing), New Milford, CT, will show vintage clothing, accessories, and linens. This is but a sampling but demonstrates the exciting variety.
