The newly updated hotel located on Route 9 just South of the Westchester County side of the Tappen Zee Bridge, offers a cozy atmosphere in it’s ballroom. Overhead chandeliers provide elegant lighting and the proper atmosphere. DIRECTIONS: FROM I-87 TAKE EXIT 9. If heading East over the Tappan Zee Bridge, the entrance to the hotel is directly ahead of you off the ramp. If heading West towards the bridge from Route 287, follow the signs to I-87 and take the last exit before the bridge (#9) off I-87 and not Route 287. Turn left onto Route 119 and at the end turn left onto Route 9. The hotel is about ½ mile on your right. The hotel is only 25 minutes North of NYC and it is a short taxi ride from the Tarrytown RR Station. The exact address for your GPS is 455 S. Broadway (zip 10591) APPROXIMATELY THIRTY BOOTHS ARE AVAILABLE TO DEALERS IN CLOTHING, FASHION ACCESSORIES, JEWELRY AND TEXTILES NO NEWER THAN THE 1980’S. BOOTH SIZE & RENT: Single booth - $350 for an 8' x 13'. Reserved corner - $50. If cancellation is unavoidable and notification is received no less than two weeks prior to show date, Cord Shows Ltd. will retain a $100 service fee and apply all remaining booth rent to a mutually agreed upon show within one year. EQUIPMENT: SETUP: Dealers may arrive at 7am on Friday. This may change depending on the hotel’s schedule and you will be notified. PLEASE MOVE IN AS QUIETLY AS POSSIBLE AS YOU WILL BE PASSING THROUGH A RESTAURANT AREA. Access will be through the main door of the hotel. Porters will be available for a minimum tip of $15 per job. If you use a porter for more than 1/2 hour we suggest a tip of at least $20. Please remember that they are there to help with loading and unloading, NOT to unpack, pack or set up your display. The use of porters is at your own risk. THE FOLLOWING RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED BY ALL DEALERS: Cord Shows Ltd. will provide a Customer’s Charge Service for sales over $50 for a 5% service fee to dealer. ACCOMMODATIONS: The room rate at the DoubleTree Hotel
