THE DANBURY VINTAGE CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES, TEXTILES & JEWELRY SHOW & SALE NOV. 19, 20, 21.Danbury, CT…. After four years and growing popularity, Cord Shows Ltd. added the November 19, 20, 21 Danbury Vintage Clothing, Accessories, Textiles and Jewelry Show and Sale at the "dealers" and "customers" request. Early Buying Friday from 5 – 8 PM will allow customers to view fresh merchandiise possibly still in the process of being displayed. The $25 a person will include light refreshments. Saturday and Sunday show hours are from 10 AM – 5 PM for $7 (under 13 free). There is free re-entry good for thhe entire event.The location is the PAL (Police Athletic League) Building, 25 Hayestown Road, Danbury, CT. The PAL Building is less than five minutes from I-84 Eastbound exit 5; Westbound exit 6. By train, the Metro-North Danbury Line station is 2.6 miles from the show. He will bring vintage military uniforms and accoutrements. Eras represented will be the Spanish American War to The Grenada Invasion. Many of the items will have a crossover interest from collectible to fashion. From battle jackets to trench coats.... clothing history will be on sale by The Duffle Bag.Lynda Kolski from Wilmington, DE, will offer a large textile selection including 1930's – 50's brightly decorated tablecloths including Turkey Red banquet and fancy table clothes, monogrammed towels and napkins, designer hankies, and barkcloth. Karen Redinger from Litchfield, CT, will also add textiles, linens, vintage clothing and buttons. Elaine Klausman of Vintage with a Twist, Bedford, NY, will offer ladies shoes, hats, clothing and accessories in high style and beautifully displayed. Dolores and Shannon Dalton of Brick, NJ, specialize in vintage buttons, fabric, millenary flowers and beads plus clothing for men and women from the 1920's to the 60's. Pat Frazer, Easton, CT dealer, will have pre 1990 jewelry and fun accessories; Sheryl Muzzillo from Prospect, CT, will bring Victorian to the 1980's clothing, linens, lace, costume jewelry, hats and accessories; Michal Feinmesser, What Once Was, Highland Park, NJ will present a booth of vintage fabric, clothing and jewelry while David and Ann Lowe from Hackettstown, PA, will have fur coats and vintage costume jewelry, just as a sampling. Joyce Tandlich and Denise Lasky, Ardsley, NY, will artfully display antique buttons, textiles and accessories; Joy and Gene Starr, Englewood Cliffs, NJ, will add American Indian and Mexican silver jewelry and accessories. Selling designer costume jewelry, Diane Belford, Twinkling Jewels from Bridgewater, CT and Marsha Chaloux, Cherished Treasures, Newtown, CT will also set up shop. Joellen Finnie, Town Peddlers of New Rochelle, NY, specializes in ladies shoes, hats and bags as well as vintage clothing, jewelry and textiles; Connie Schwab, Highland Park, NJ, will bring costume jewelry, barrettes, gloves, hankies, scarves, ties, napkins and belts.
